I help my patients find their self-worth and feel empowered by their inner wisdom and resilience to live a life that is joyful, healthy, and connected.

In my practice, I specialize in working with couples and individuals who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), and people of the global majority. I work closely with people who belong to the adoption community and immigrants. I understand and respect that we all come from different cultural backgrounds. I strive to learn more about each individual’s viewpoint and life experiences through the lens of cultural humility.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help us understand the roots of the persistent and repetitive arguments in our relationships.
