So much of our suffering stems from struggles with love, loss, and attempts to find a balance between our sense of identity and our desire to belong. In collaboration, I will help you get curious about unhealthy patterns, while exploring your resilience and inner wisdom. Through this process, you will grow to accept yourself, nurture your relationships in new ways, and connect with your community more fully. I provide both individual therapy and couples therapy. 

Individual Therapy

We all engage in certain patterns of being and behaving that, for the most part, have been informed by our history, personal experiences, and culture. Our experiences shape the way we view ourselves and interact with the world around us. In my work, I will help you explore patterns that no longer serve you and encourage practicing patterns that can help you become more authentic to who you are, in loving relationships with yourself and with others.

 

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can help us understand the roots of the persistent and repetitive arguments in our relationships. While it can be comforting to have a partner as we go through life’s stresses, most of us have a hard time being curious and compassionate toward our partner while we’re experiencing anxiety and fear. I work with couples to develop a safe space in the relationship, one where each partner feels seen, heard, and understood. Therapy can create greater self-awareness and improve communication skills.
